We ordinarily ship via "media rate" (the equivalent of parcel post).
Promptness of order fulfillment - Currently there is a 2 week delay for full set TD's orders - we're waiting for a new shipment - sorry!
We usually ship via USPS. 1 or 2 CDs go out first class. This means 2-3 day delivery to most U.S. locations. Songbooks and large CD orders are shipped via "media rate" which is equivalent to parcel post in terms of timeliness (Please allow 4-5 business days up to 2 weeks for larger packages.)
We can upgrade your order to priority mail for a fee. Generally the surcharge for shipping songbooks via priority mail is $3/songbook. Please email us if you want to upgrade your shipment method.
During the holiday season we ship within 1-2 days, but other times of the year we do not always ship as often. Please email us if you have special timeliness needs (e.g. a gig, birthday, wedding, party or other special event!) and we will do our best to meet your need.
FOR THOSE OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.:
THERE IS AN ADDED FEE FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE US. Please read on...
Please email us for the costs of overseas orders. (Email us your address and what you want to order and we will let you know what the additional shipping cost will be.) You will not be shipped orders outside the U.S. without paying the additional shipping costs involved. We apologize for this glitch in our ordering software & are trying to correct this! If you order via PayPal you will not be given the correct shipping fee.
Shipping rates that are included in online credit card orders are for US shipping ONLY.

About the role of Paypal in managing our payments:
We use Paypal to process our credit card orders. You absolutely do not have to join or register with Paypal in order to make payments at this site. Simply enter your credit card information and Paypal then sends us your payment. They do not retain any information about you when you pay in this way.
If you choose to create a logon ID with Paypal, all this does is speed up your payment process in the future if you purchase items at this site or at any other site that utilizes Paypal to process online credit card orders. There is no difference in the costs to you or us if you decide to do this: it is simply a convenience for you, saving you the time of entering your address and credit card number every time you make a payment.
For any questions about your orders, email us ("orders at quakersong.org").
